I was wondering how do I make dynamic fields on HR Case creation in HR Agent Workspace, meaning that, for example I have a field called HR Service description that is automatically populated with the HR Service description once HR Service is selected. If there is no description on HR Service, the field will appear empty (see below):
Is it possible to, when the HR Service description is empty to hide the field? And if yes, how?
