I am experiencing two issues with the Automated Test Framework (ATF) "Click a List UI Action" test step:
**Environment:**
- Test Step: Click a List UI Action
- Table: Group [sys_user_group]
- List Type: Related list
- Action Type: List banner button
**Issue 1 - Related List Dropdown Empty:**
After entering the table name "sys_user_group" in the Table field, the Related List dropdown does not display any available options. The dropdown remains empty and does not populate with the related lists available for this table.
**Issue 2 - Application Becomes Unresponsive:**
When attempting to select the List Action using the search icon (magnifying glass), the ServiceNow application freezes and becomes unresponsive. A dialog appears showing "Pages Unresponsive" with options to "Wait" or "Exit pages". The following pages are listed as unresponsive:
- Click a List UI Action | Test Step | ServiceNow
- Edit Members | Group Member | ServiceNow
**Expected Result:**
- The Related List field should populate with available related lists after selecting the table
- The List Action search should open without freezing, allowing me to select the "Edit Members" UI action
- The test step should be configurable without causing application freezes
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Navigate to Automated Test Framework > Tests
2. Open or create a test with "Click a List UI Action" step
3. Set Execution order: 3
4. Set List type: Related list
5. Set Table: Group [sys_user_group]
6. Attempt to view Related list dropdown options
7. Click the List Action search icon
Has anyone encountered similar issues with ATF List UI Action test steps? Any suggestions for resolving the Related List population issue or the application freeze would be appreciated.
please find the attachement , FYI

Hi @Baskarank
Looks like instance issue.
Try deleting the cache memory and using different browser.
You should be able to perform these activities.
