Reference fields which are referencing to user table (sys_user) in workspaces populating first name.

Dear community,

 

I have come across with one situation today.

 

I have tried to create incident from Service operations workspace when i try to do that when we try to select the user reference fields for example caller, affected user and assigned to in this case it is behaving as below.

 

Example: I am trying to select my name (first name - Mohana, Last name: Krishna & Name: Mohana Krishna) so when I try to select myself as caller then generally it should populate full name but now just it is displaying first name like caller - Mohana but it should not be the expected behaviour.

 

When i try to create the incident in native view instead of workspace then these fields are showing full name so could you please help me with the root cause what might be the reason for this issue.

 

Note: When i try to create incident from normal view instead of working space configuration working as expected and this behaviour is not specific to single workspace, we have this issue across many workspaces like HR workspace, CMDB workspace etc.
