Can I change the minimum character limit for Agent Assist in the Service Operation Workspace?

Hi, my user is asking to change the minimum character limit for Agent Assist in the Service Operation Workspace be change to accept only two characters to work similarly to Knowledge Article Quick Search from standard UI. Are this doable? If yes, what is the step for me to change it because it able to reduce user time for typing longer naming in the Agent Assist search bar. 
If not, can you give me the reason for me provide to the user.

Have you checked this table so far "cxs_table_config" so far ?

This table to change the limit number of record returned by the search service right? not the character limit like in knowledge  article quick search in glide.knowman.search_character_limit property. Correct me if im wrong?
