Is there any way to autopopulate the recipients? I tried to follow the steps in creating email client template but it didn't autopopulate.. It only autopopulate the subject in the workspace, it's not showing in workspace

It's working fine now.. I just deleted the Email Client Template that I created and recreate it.. weird but It worked now..

this is for which workspace? OOTB or custom one?
Is similar config not working in same workspace for other table?
the Record -> Requested for has email field populated?

1.This is for Enterprise Asset Management Workspace - OOB. However, I actually created a UX screen for the email to be shown in the workspace.
2. I tried to create an email client template for sc_request table and it only shows the "To" but in "sc_req_item" it didnt really show both "To" and "Cc" . Yes I double check the users have their emails.
