Is it possible for ServiceNow to be able to look at the last comms that was sent via comms plan in Major Incident Service Operations Workspace and extract the date/time and the current status into a new comms.. sounds convoluted so I've put an example of it in practice
For example
Comms 1 Sent
Date & Time - 18/07/2025 11:37am
Current Status - Latest update in plain english
Comms 2 Prep
Date & Time - 18/07/2025 1:37pm
Current Status - Latest update in plain english
Timeline:
Date & Time | Event |
[SNOW automatically extracts Comms 1 Date Sent Date & Time] | [SNOW automatically extracts Comms 1 Current Status] |

Hi @muhammadqah,
- Can you please explain what is "comms":
- Comments or (targeted) communications?
- And in what form do you want to have it:
- Simple list with time stamp or content?
Note: Please use "NOW" when referring to ServiceNow. “SNOW” refers to a different product and isn’t well-received in the community.

Its for Major Incident Communications using the communication plans in SOW Major Incident Module.
So it would be within our major incident update comms where ive got a draft and under current status, it should have the previous updates that have gone out.
Noted about NOW
