I am facing an issue in the Incident SOW list view. Earlier, my custom declarative action successfully updated only the selected records—for example, 3 out of 4 rows.
But after the recent patch upgrade, it shows a “Record selection required” error and only works when all rows (4 out of 4) are selected.
Its not working on partial selections i mean if ITIl users only want to select 2 to 3 rows out of 4 Rows its shows selection Required Error
However, the OOTB Edit Declarative action still updates partial selections as expected.
Any one please help me to understand why this behavior is occurring only for my custom declarative action?
