Different Order Status Message for Order Guide vs Catalog Items

Not sure if I selected the right board to post this on, but I am needing to display a different message for submitted Order Guides vs submitted Catalog Items on the SC Order Status widget in the service portal. 

 

Basic ask is that when a user submits a catalog item, the message be something like, "Thank you for your submission, your request is being processed."

 

But when it is an order guide, the message needs to be something like, "Thank you for submitting. Please proceed to your RITM page to complete further steps before your request can be processed."
