enable ADD button in Service Operation Workspace to link Incidents

Hi team,

 

I am trying to pull "ADD" button to link incidents in SOW, but couldn't find the UI action for this on Workspace. I see "New" button is already added, I need to add "ADD" button.

 

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Can you provide more clarity? Are you talking about linking incidents as child incidents?

Yes, I want to link incidents as child incidents which we can do in the native Incident form using related list at the bottom. In workspace, I can link the child incidents as I don't see the button  ADD/EDIT in the related records. I can create a new child incident using NEW button, but can't link any existing one.

When I go to related records tab and click Child Incidents I see this. Is this not what you are seeing? I did not make any changes in my PDI so this should be out of the box.
