Enable Real-Time Translation Between ServiceNow Agent Chat and Microsoft Teams

I have integrated Service Operations Workspace Agent Chat with Microsoft Teams, and the connection is working fine. I have also installed the Dynamic Translation plugin along with its dependencies.
However, real-time translation is not working — for example, if one user sends messages in English and the other in French, the messages are not being translated between the two platforms.
How can I enable automatic translation so that messages from ServiceNow to Microsoft Teams (and vice versa) are translated in real time?
Could you please share any resources, configuration guides, or step-by-step instructions to achieve this?
