Hi all,
One of the new requirements, is to extend the duration of display time of a push notification while the user is on the Service Operations Workspace. I observed that the default display time of a push notification is 10 seconds. Once these 10 seconds pass by, the toast banner disappears. Is there a way to accomplish the display time extension and, if so, how can it be accomplished?
