Wrap Up Code- Configuration

Hi,I'm trying to configure wrap up code for interaction but it is not working as expected.When I'm clicking on END CHAT UI action button on SOW the chat automatically gets closed and I don't see the wrap up pop up.Below are the screenshot

Hi, we have VIP groups, we need to show the VIP group name beside the requested for user in SOW when creating an Incident is it possible? if so how? we have similar set up for Native UI, i have attached the screenshot for same
