HI All,

I need change the service operation work space landing page, we need add to change landing page and change the name

can any body please provide the doccument.

i have try to change to landing page but that not reflect to landing page.

i have also change the order and scope also but not reflected landing page

Hi @basha shaik ,

To change the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) landing page and its name:

• Use UI Builder to duplicate and edit the page variant:

1. Navigate to UI Builder → Service Operations Workspace.
2. In the Pages & Variants section, locate the Home (landing page) or “Service desk landing page.”
3. Duplicate it (click Duplicate Variant), give it a new name, and reorder its Order value lower than the default to make it the active page. Clone Landing Page link, Document link

• Update the landing path name:

1. Go to Now Experience Framework → Experiences, select the Service Operations Workspace UX App.
2. Edit the Landing Path field—e.g., set to home for your custom page, or list if desired.
3. Save and publish the variant. Document Link

These steps allow you to rename and repoint the default landing page successfully.
