Hi all,
When a problem is auto-created after a Major Incident is resolved, the problem appears under Details but not under Related Records → Problems. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.
Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I don't believe 'Problems' as a related list is there by default. You will need to view the related list to understand which field it is dependent on. From the below screenshot of the related list configuration for the 'Service Operations Workspace' incident form view, you can see there are 3 options. The related list should be on 'First reported by' to align with the data model

@Kieran Anson
Looks like Problem -> First Reported by populated with the problem correctly under related lists. The other two options left it blank.
Thank you for your help.
