How to configure Field Recommendation Action in SOW

Hello everyone!
How do i configure field recommendation action? I have looked upon the documentations and I have been lost because there is no clear instruction in how to do so. I tried to create one but it didn't display in the field intended. Please provide atleast a simple field recommedation. Thank you in advance.
Also is it necessary to install the Task Intelligence plugin to configure field suggestion in SOW?

Install the Recommended Actions app
Recommended Actions and Recommended Actions - Advanced. You must install Recommended Actions - Advanced to get ML capabilities.
Set system properties for the app
After installing, you’ll need to adjust some settings (system properties) in the app so that you can see recommendations in the Automation Center Workspace.
Set the system property: sn_ac.use_recommended_actions, to True.
Choose how to get recommendations
You have two options for how the app provides recommendations:
- String-based: Uses text-based data.
- ML-based: Uses machine learning to suggest actions.
- First, create the Context by navigating to All >> Recommended Action >> Context. This step determines which table you will configure the recommended action for.

You can do this either through the related list or by going to All >> Recommended Action >> Context. In this step, select the context, add the roles for which this recommended action should apply, set the conditions, and choose the fields that will be affected by this rule.
