Record Information on SOW

Hello All, 

Need some Insight on how Caller Contact Details are populating in Record Information 

Currently when we click on Contact button it is showing Local Time , Email , I want to Populate few more fields where can I include them , I saw in UI Builder but I cannot see anything adding about this Field

Also I have created an Field Decorator to Open All Tasks related to the Caller , currently this is opening popup and page but when I click on the record nothing is happening , is this expected or I'm i missing anything here?

For this above , I have created separate page and used LIST Component and added the Evam Config

Could you please provide me with some information on how you added the button inside the Caller field?
Could you share the steps and explain how you did it?
