Hi,
I'm trying to configure wrap up code for interaction but it is not working as expected.
When I'm clicking on END CHAT UI action button on SOW the chat automatically gets closed and I don't see the wrap up pop up.Below are the screenshot

To resolve this, please ensure that the Wrap up Codes feature is properly configured and active in your instance..... This includes verifying that the appropriate wrap up codes are defined and associated with the relevant interaction records. Additionally, check the UI action settings for the End Chat button to confirm that it is correctly triggering the wrap up process.... If the issue persists, consider reviewing the system logs for any errors or warnings that may provide further insight into the problem.... By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and ensure that the wrap-up code prompt appears as expected...
