Hello Team,
I would like to hide the "Communication," "Playbook," and "Post Incident Review" tabs in the Major Incidents section within the Service Operations workspace.
Could you please assist me with this? Requirement is these tabs are visible only to Major Incident Managers(with role "major_incident_manager").
Additionally, Major Incident Managers have the ability to create and update child incidents related to major incidents.
Thanks,
Sattar

Hi @sattar3 ,
To hide Communicate Tab on Major Incident, without modifying the OOB Scripts You need to do Something In UI Builder.
1.Open UI Builder , On top Select the Page Collections and Under that select Page Collection Named as "SOW- Record Tabs Middle".
2.In those you will find Communicate page Variant ,click on open settings for that variant. There you will find a chance to Edit Audience
3.Click on those to add Audience and these audiences are like user criteria only. You can create a record in 'sys_ux_applicability' table mentioning roles as 'major_incident_manager' and select that record whenever you are adding audience in Ui Builder.
4.Now it will works as expected

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar thanks for the help, I think it's more complicated and having OOTB Script include written, i'm not sure where should i modify conditions based on the roles so that "Communication" tab can't visible to non incident managers?
This is UX Screen page:
UX Screen Condition: URl.service-now.com/sys_ux_screen_condition.do?sys_id=4fea442243b43110411a1e0e85b8f24d&sysparm_view=&sysparm_record_target=sys_ux_screen_condition&sysparm_record_row=1&sysparm_record_list=screen.nameCONTAINScommunicate&sysparm_record_rows=1
Script Include: url.service-now.com/sys_script_include.do?sys_id=37fe52b9473cb5103f3fd922736d43c8
Can you help me on this?
Thanks,
Shaik
