Hi all,
I’m working on a feature in Service Operations Workspace where a Service Desk Agent should be able to make the current incident the Parent Incident, and link related incidents (surfaced by Agent Assist) as Child Incidents, without saving or navigating away.

Hi Sindhuja,
This can be achieved by leveraging the Scripted REST Service Contextual Search Actions (Internal API), particularly the link_incident Scripted REST Resource, which allows linking related incidents as child records under a parent incident directly from Agent Assist.
