How to manage incident automatically & give alerts SLA failure proactively

  1. \Past due changes for closure,
  2. Pending approvals for CMTs,
  3. Catching missing approval emails and UTRs in the CMTs,
  4. Pending approvals for OSS requests,
  5. Reminding of potential SLA failures,
  6. Missing SNOW updates for incidents (P3/P4 daily basis, P2s every 2 hours),
  7. Missing Resolution CI for incidents,
  8. Missing CI for Jobs,
  9. Alerting them when a P2 is kept in pending,
  10. Follow up on incidents aging more than a week etc.
  11. Overdue RCAs,
  12. RCA dues in the next 3-4 days,   I m new to service now customization. just wanted to check regards RK
