- \Past due changes for closure,
- Pending approvals for CMTs,
- Catching missing approval emails and UTRs in the CMTs,
- Pending approvals for OSS requests,
- Reminding of potential SLA failures,
- Missing SNOW updates for incidents (P3/P4 daily basis, P2s every 2 hours),
- Missing Resolution CI for incidents,
- Missing CI for Jobs,
- Alerting them when a P2 is kept in pending,
- Follow up on incidents aging more than a week etc.
- Overdue RCAs,
- RCA dues in the next 3-4 days, I m new to service now customization. just wanted to check regards RK
