2. Top 10 tickets that are reassigned most number of times for the associate.

What do you mean with 'associate'? There is nothing like that OOB so that means that it is something you created yourself (custom) and needs explanation.

The only answer we can give is: 

1. create a report based on 'sla breached = true' on the task_sla table and add your conditions to decide how to define the 'associate' part. 

2. create a metric to record the reassignment and report on that (only showing the 10 with the highest number. 

 

Add both reports to a dashboard.
