1. Go to the sys_ux_app_route list and search for the "Overview" app route, ensuring the app configuration is set to Service Operations Workspace and the parent microcomponent is Record page tabs.
2. Add the Extension point field to the list layout for easy configuration.
3. To reorder the Overview tab, modify the Extension point to either SOW - Record tabs right or SOW - Record tabs middle, and adjust the order as needed.
4. To remove the Overview tab from the Incident record page, empty the Extension point field.

Another way to achieve this is by using the drag-and-drop method in UI Builder.
To configure this, navigate to UI Builder → select the respective Workspace Experience → choose the Default Record Page. There, you will find the Main Tab.
Next, go to the right-side panel, where all the tabs on the record are listed. You can simply drag and drop the tabs to rearrange them in the desired order.
