How to update "comments and Worknotes " fields color on Service Operations Workspace View in the incident. Please suggest how to achieve this requirement.

We have tried updating below system properties but it's not reflecting Service Operations workspace view.

Which properties should we update for showing comments and work notes field colors in service operations workspace view.

I have update these properties values but it's not updated on sow view.

glide.ui.activity_stream.style.comments

as already mentioned in your other thread, it should work fine with those 2 properties but it didn't

so raise a case with ServiceNow

If you check the original question posted, it already mentions both the properties are already updated but it didn't work
