Missing Create Request on Interaction in SOW

Before upgrade to Zurich, had the ability to create a request from an interaction in the SOW.  Now, the only options are Create Incident or Create Change.

 

Working just fine in sub prod on same release so I checked the UI Actions and are identical in both prod and sub prod instances, but while it appears in the sub-prod instance, not there in prod instance.

 

Any where else to check?

In OOB zurich PDI, it is available.

Could  Repair plugin for Service Operation Workspace and Interaction plugin

  • Interaction Management plugin (com.glide.interaction)
  • sn_sow_itsm_cont

Also check in cache free browser, check it in Incognito/InPrivate window of browser.

Hi @terrieb ,
1.Navigate to form action layout Groups.

2.Open the record where name =create and table =interaction.
3.Make sure under action create request is present, if not add it back.

I deslected and reselected it.  It's back but waiting for agents to verify it's pointing to the service catalog.  Then I will mark as Accept as Solution.
