I see some view rules when creating new incidents records but i didnt find any view rule!

Hello team, 

 

So, I'm testing creating new users and then new roles and gradually granting them access to create incidents and edit existing ones. 

I'm capable of achieving most of the above; the challenge I see is that in the newly created incident, I see the following message: 

New record View: Self Service*

If I hover over this message, I can see that view rules enforced the view

 

I then checked my "view rules," and there is no rule for the incident table at all! 

 

Can you please assist me in understanding what needs to be changed so that the newly created incidents are created with the default view?
