If possible, how do you config the form layout of KB article in Service Operations Workspace SOW TAB

Can either of the layouts in the images attached be configured and how?
The 1st image of a KB article in SOW in the Agent Assist side bar after you click one of the KB "card" in side bar.
The 2nd image of a the same KB Article in a Service Operations Workspace "sub" TAB (same level as Details TAB) which was reached by pressing the link to the KB (KB number) in the Agent Assist KB side bar view.
These dont appear to be views like the Model for Resolution or such.

Hi @Ken Rempe ,
You can add the KB articles from the Agent Assist options menu, as below:
Now if you want to look at configurations:
go to Workspace Experience > Contextual Side Panel and then filter records where "action label" is "Agent Assist" and "Table" is "kb_knowledge", you will get one specific record that is the configuration of agent assist for knowledge.
