Hi all,
I'm facing an issue when trying to define the Default Dashboard in the Dashboards section of Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- I duplicated the out-of-the-box "Default" variant of the SOW "IT Agent Dashboard" page [1]
- I deactivated the OOB variant so that my custom new variant is applied.
- In my new variant, I set the desired dashboard in the "Default dashboard" field [4]
Additionally:
- I’ve tried creating the page variant both in the same scope as the OOB variant and in the Global scope, but the behavior is the same in both cases.
Despite all this, the selected dashboard [4] is not respected and does not load by default when opening the SOW Dashboard section.
Question:
Is there any additional configuration required for the Default dashboard field to work correctly in SOW?
Are there any known limitations, scope constraints, or dependencies affecting dashboard selection in page variants?
Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
