Need to add another tab beside details in workspace

I want to add a new tab beside Details for same table. Need to remove few fields from existing details tab and add them under newly added tab.

I tried to add a new tab and unable to add the fields from the existing details tab. I am trying to achieve this in via UI builder.

 

Please suggest on this.
