Hello @Aniket15 , I am also in the recent SOW app (4.2.0), and I was unable to set the Details tab as the first tab. With the document you provided, it worked so well! I really appreciate your help!

I would also suggest to ServiceNow Team, to update the Starter Stories available in the Now Create, because I use use those Stories to help me in the first requirements and developments, and there is a Starter Story in regards to User Experience for SOW, the Story's description is: "SOW - UEX - Change the tab order on a record page", and it is still pointing to the another document, which is not compatible with the recent SOW app.

Thank you so much Aniket!
