Service operations workspace - Major Incident icon

Like native UI, when major incident is created/promoted we can see red icon beside number, i want the same thing on Service operations workspace.

you can use highlighted values for workspace

Check any existing OOTB ones and configure similar for your case and requirement

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , highlighted values will help to change colour of field  but i want to add this icon beside incident number like in the image shown above
