Service Operations workspace - Related Records tab now showing in Incident or RITM tab

Hello everyone:
I need some help with the incident/request tabs - I can't seem to figure out how to make the RELATED RECORDS tab show:
I want it to show like this:

Hi @MFW0714 ,
You can any related records to SOW, Please follow below steps.
Method 1:
1)Open SOW-> open any record from table(where you want to add new related record) ->Click on profile(top right)-> select the related list from drop down. See attachment below.
2) It will open layout from there you can add any related records.
Method 2:
1) Open related list from classic UI: Right click on any record-> configure->related list. see screenshot below.
2)Select the Service Operation workspace View name.

Yes; I have already checked that; in fact this is what is configured right now in our instance:
But it still doesn't show in the Incident record form in the Service Operations workspace view:
Same in the incident classic UI. Are we missing on something?

Related records tab should visible on SOW by OOB, for that we can add more related records as I mentioned in above reply. Have you done any changes in UI Builder or anywhere ?

We are looking into that; but so far none in my team has deleted anything that is related to the Related records tab in SOW. We are looking into the logs as well. Should we have this raised with Hi support if all else fails?
