SLA Timer not showing under Record Information in Workspace

Hello everyone,

 

I am facing an issue in Workspace. Under Record Information, the SLAs are not displaying, even though I have already configured the SLA timer. However, when I click on View SLA, I am able to see the details.

 

Has anyone else faced this issue? Could you please suggest what might be missing in the configuration?

can you please provide a better screenshot? what you attached is ugly blurred and nothing showing...... 

Also, "even though I have already configured the SLA timer" - can you share this? It's almost impossible to review it when we don't see anything...

the better input the better output 😉

Hi @GlideFather , please find the attached screenshot . Marked on the screenshot in yellow which we are trying to debug ideally it should show sla timer under record information, even though I have already configured the SLA timer.
