I'm not sure if this is possible but I have an HTML field in an Incident form which mimics SMS chatter. There is also a text field that has an eventListener to it (keyup) so when the user hits Enter, I send an SMS out, and places the text in the HTML field above. This works OK in the native view of SN.
When I try to go to the SOW Record page, the eventListener is not registered. Is there a way I can get this same functionality into SOW?
