SOW - Missing ability to 'Create new list'

Service Operations Workspace should allow for users to create lists. Currently in 'My Lists i dont have ability to Add new List, Is there any way to add option to create new List

itil role is required to create a list in Service Operations Workspace.

We are having the same issue, it has not to do with rights, as a full admin + itill still does not have the option.

Upgrade SOW to Latest Version 8.4.0 did fix the issue for me
