Unable to edit the Customer Contact card on SOW

 My ultimate goal is to edit the information on this contact card. There are fields I would like to add. I can't seem to navigate to this within the UI Builder.

I've gotten as far as this:

However, I can't even edit the Customer card as the header display and the contact button show in the center panel, but none of customer information fields display in the UI Builder. I've completed the UI Builder Fundamentals course but none of what I learned seems to be helping me.

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Katie Meadows,

perhaps it's too late but your card in the UI Builder says "Customer" and the title below it says "Service Operation Workspace", is it on purpose or cannot be a mismatch?

 

SOW is for ITSM process, and Customer is an entity of CSM which has its own dedicated CSM/FSM Workspace.

Please review this, not sure if it helps from the development perspective but maybe from the process one.

Thank you for the response, I'm still working on this.

 

The screenshot is definitely from the SOW. The CSM/FSM Workspace isn't installed on our instance as we do not have the CSM module. At this time we're using the OOB SOW, so I'm unsure why is displaying 'Customer'. We did have a couple consultants helping us so that does give me something to look into.
