Unable to view custom fields in Service Operations workspace edit items

Hi all,
We have some custom fields created in native view on Incident table. On SOW Incident list view when I select 1 or multiple incidents and select Edit button I am unable to view those custom fields. Did anyone come across this and how did you resolve this?

Hi @PranitaH ,
You can add custom fields as well, when you select the multiple records and click on edit button. See below screenshot I have created "testing" field and added to the view.
Click on profile (top right) -> under Configure workspace -> Open form layout.
Add the custom fields/ fields you wanted to show.

Thank you for the information. Is there any way we can capture the field updates/changes in update sets and move it to other instances?
