VIP star not showing in SOW list view

Hello,
I'm on Xanadu.
I'm looking to have my agents see the vip flag in SOW both from the Incidents details screen as well as the SOW overview (record information) view.

They currently only see the flag in the SOW overview (record information) screen.
The Incidents Details screen just shows the caller name (no star)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Garygman,

 

You should be able to set to show highlighted value based on user VIP flag.  You can reference the following outline to try it.

I followed this as a reference.
It seems I must be missing something as I see the star in the SOW Incident details (screen).
I just can't seem to make it appear in the SOW List view for the caller field

I see it in the List view of Incidents

But donot see it in the List view of Interaction

Whereas I can see the VIP tag in the Record Information section of the same Interaction

We must not be on the right patch for Xanadu - This is working in Yokohama.
We have scheduled our update to Yokohama.
