When a knowledge article is displayed (from the incident form), the CI field is not present in SOW

Hello,

 

when we are selecting the knowledge article for a Particular incident in the SOW we are not able to see the CI field, how can we fix this?

OK, I still don't see any linkage between the two screenshots.

But if any field is missing, you can check for client scripts - onLoad, onChange depending on the exact behaviour. Not having access to your instance makes it difficult to understand the issue
