Worknotes and comments should be Rich Text HTML instead of Journal Input in SOW

Hi,

The requirement is Work notes and Comments in SOW should be Rich Text HTML .

Does anyone has idea how to achieve this ?

Hello @SS1510 ,

There is a property with glide.ui.journal.use_html

You can enable the above property to true to get HTML in Workspace.

@SS1510  , these are the journal fields and should not be modified.

You can change the filed type to HTML but it is not a recommended practice.

Instead you can create a new field type of HTML to use it as worknotes and then copy the content of it in your worknotes.

But remember, it will behave completely different than your original worknotes. You will not be able to see the 'POST' button to add your worknotes or comments.

those are journal input field types and don't directly support HTML

You can use the OOTB system property "glide.ui.journal.use_html" and set it as True but it will have impact at all the workspaces wherever journal fields are used

I won't recommend this, also there would be performance impact
