[XANADU] Service Operations Workspace - ContextualPane - Record Information - Change/Add Relat links

Hi,

 

I have a customer requirement about modify the related links in SOW - Contextual Pane - Record Information - Caller Card.

 

The customer wants to replace the current links to:

  1. Opened RITM by the caller as requested for or Opened By
  2. Opened Incidents
  3. CI's assigned to him

 

I was checking the documentation but i couldn't find that info

I'm looking for this same functionality if anyone has made this modification before in the Washington version of SN.

Hey @jmainemccord , @Alejandro Mata  have you guys able to get something on this ?  I am looking on the similar kind of customisation, to bring in the 'requested for' instead of caller details. But could not do anything with UI Builder on washington release,
