[XANADU] Service Operations Workspace - Record Info - Add Contact Card

Hi,

 

The customer has a custom field to identify the affected user in an incident. So:

  • Caller: Person who call/open the incident
  • Affected: Person who is affected by the incident (reference to sys_user table)

The requirement is: "Adding a new Contact Card in the Contextual Pane - Record Info for the custom field"
