Hi,
The customer has a custom field to identify the affected user in an incident. So:
- Caller: Person who call/open the incident
- Affected: Person who is affected by the incident (reference to sys_user table)
The requirement is: "Adding a new Contact Card in the Contextual Pane - Record Info for the custom field"
