Hi,
The client is looking for ways to do Bulk Closure of incidents from list view for alerts created for any server
For instance, there are 200 tickets that were opened for this system (windows server) due to third party integrations. It would take some time to close them one by one.
Any suggestions.
Thanks

Hello,
On list view you have something called Update All. So you need to apply the filter to get the 200 records in the list view and then just right click on the column on the list view
An empty form will open:-
Then you just need to update that field which you want to update in all the records. meaning just select state as resolved/close and put the close code and close note and save it. It will apply on all 200 records.
Please mark my answer as correct based on Impact.

Provide bulk update role and select with down arrow key and update one record and that will be reflected in all records.
