Continuous Improvement Management (CIM)

I would like to enable the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) module on my personal instance.   Is it possible to update my London-based instance (dev15870.service-now.com) with the ITSM Professional SKU and activate the plugin?

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

If you are on London release, then you should be able to activate and try out com.sn_cim (Continual Improvement Management) plugin on your dev/non-prod instance.

To use this module on production, subscription to ITSM professional SKU is needed. For FAQ, see this - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_blog&sys_id=733b738edb032780afc902d5ca961929

Hi Larry,

I'm not familiar with that module. Do you happen to know the plugin name or ID? Where did you hear about this?

Thanks.
Jack

Jack,

CIM is a new module in London.   The plugin is "com.sn_cim"

Larry,

Were you able to enable the plugin?

No, I didn't.  I did not receive any reply on whether it could be enabled on a Personal Developer Instance from ServiceNow.

The recommendation is to submit a HI request, but unfortunately my personal instance isn't associated with the corporate instances that I work with.    And I don't even have a HI account.

So, I'm not sure if it's possible to enable it on a development instance.  Certainly not without ServiceNow help and assistance.
