Was attempting to get into my PDI this morning and it is not waking from hibernation. It's not patching or anything like that either.
Instance ID: dev274204
Rather than release the instance and get a new one, support sent me here to ask for assistance. It would be appreciated!
(Anyone else having issues with their instance this morning?)

Hi @Lisboa
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @Lisboa
If your your Servicenow Developer PDI has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up" ,"500 error" or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then I will advice you to release the instance and request a new one .
As you know there is no support available for PDI.

Hi @Lisboa
Doesn’t make any sense, as there is no support in general for PDIs… so only two solutions is wait or release and request a new instance.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
