My instance dev269288 is not working from not waking from hibernation since last 4 weeks.
Please resolve this issue .

There is no support in PDI. So better release the instance and take a new one.

Hi @sachin_namjoshi ,
If your instance hasn't waken up within the last 4 weeks, then the only option I see is to release the instance and request a fresh installation. I wouldn't believe it would come alive again and as you might know, there is no support in relation to PDIs.

I was told that MVP instances are exempted from this limitation and we have non hibernating PDIs for such cases.
@Earl Duque Is this not the case?

Yeah correct - but an instance can still break and still there is no support.
