My Instance is down since last 2-3 days

Need help to awake my instance it has been down since last 2-3 days(it holds some precious data)

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

 

There is no support available for PDI.

If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.

You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @maheshkhatal ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you can either wait to it's up again or release your instance and request a fresh installation.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  Yes Sir, I am aware of the free PDI being offered no support. This time I went to manage instance and when I clicked on "Actions" it asked me reson to "Release the instance" , I chose "My instance is not waking from hibernation" and then it gave me one link. That's where I posted that my instance is down. And now my instance is up and avaialble. This isn't coincidence. They are doing something from the backend not sure though.
