Enable Event Management Plugin

Hello,

I am trying to enable the Event Management plugin on my instance but it fails to install.  Could someone please take a look, the instance is dev57594.

Hey,

Sometimes due to some issues plugin installs can fail, you can retry later hope you are following these steps:

  1. Go to "Manage Instance" on developer site
  2. Action -> Activate plugin
  3. Event Management

Alternatively,

You can go to System definition > Plugins.

Search for "Event Management" and then click install(had better success rate than manage instance path)

Hi there,

Sometimes indeed the plugin installation does fail. Though... in most cases... this is just due to a timeout and actually the plugin did got activated after 1 - 2 hours!
Hundreds of similar questions have been posted the past year+ regarding Discovery, SAM, Event Mgt, etc..

Can you verify again, in the plugin list on your instance?

If still not installed:
"To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button."
