My Instance is in a continuous loop of waking and hibernating.

Hello. I can't wake up my NowLearning instance. I worked in my instance most of the day yesterday without any problems. I'm getting the below sequence.

Your instance is up and ready.
https://nowlearning-nlinst00178162b-001.lab.service-now.com

I click the link and it says...
Your instance is hibernating
To wake your instance, click the button below.

I click the button and it says...
We are waking 'nowlearning-nlinst00178162b-001.lab.service-now.com'
Please wait as this may take 10 to 15 minutes.

I wait for it to say "Your instance is up and ready" again. I click the link and it goes back to hibernating.

The instance will not open. I'm trying to complete training. Please help.

Instance help is no longer monitored by Service-now employees, Also earlier there was feedback option in Developer website which is disabled as of now, So kindly wait for few days and it will be resolved automatically.
