Flow designer screen went blank when activating flow in new Washington instance

After upgrading my PDI instance (https://dev208543.service-now.com/), my flow designer will go blank when I try to activate a flow. This causes huge issue as I am unable to activate the flows that I have created previously in Vancouver instance. Please assist me urgently. Thank you.

Hi,

 

I've been having this issue too. I've been solving it by opening a separate browser to activate the flow. Seems like it only works when the "Publish" button appears instead of the "Activate" button.

 

Let me know if you found a better workaround/fix.

We're on Xanadu and I see the same issue.
Generally I use Safari but when getting the above mentioned symptoms, the only way is to activate the flow in Firefox.

Oh god, I swear Flow is one of the buggiest product I have seen in any SaaS solution.
